Lifting lugs, also known as rings, hanging glue, are mostly made of polyurethane macromolecule materials, with good elasticity, high temperature resistance and other characteristics. As the connecting part between the exhaust pipe bracket and the chassis hanger, the lifting lug can effectively filter or even eliminate the resonance generated by the pipeline in the exhaust process, so as to avoid transmission to the car body.
Usually, each vehicle needs six lifting lugs, two in front, two in middle and two in back, to lift steadily and balance exhaust pipe and muffler.
Due to the different structure or layout of chassis guard plate, exhaust pipe, muffler and other components, the corresponding shape of lifting lugs is needed.
