Silicone Rubber Extrusion Profiles
BRP are established manufacturers of precision silicone rubber extrusions. We have been producing silicone products for customers across the globe for over 25 years. Over this time we have steadily invested in our Worthing, West Sussex plant- garnering an extensive range of high tech, ultra-reliable equipment and a staff with extensive knowledge and expertise, honed from years of prototyping and development work. With over 7000 stock dies for silicone profiles, silicone cords, rubber mouldings and silicone tubes we can cater to most requirements with no tooling charge.
Our passion, skill and resources for producing silicone rubber extrusions mean that BRP can deliver even custom tooling with lead teams well under industry standard. All of our rubber extrusions are completed using high-precision machinery and we can produce even the most complex profile shapes in a comprehensive range of compounds. We have over 7000 existing tools for making silicone rubber profiles, so can create many variations of silicone extrusions with no need for the production of a new tool. Our more commonly used profiles include E section, lip seal, U channel and U channel with bulb seals, lip seals, T section, trapeziums, tadpoles, P section, L section, Box section and D section silicone rubber seals, alongside a wide range of inflatable seal options. We offer many other silicone rubber products including; cut to length rubber extrusions, moulded rubber products, o rings, silicone rubber gaskets, silicone sponge cord, silicone rubber tubing, silicone rubber sheet and silicone rubber strips and cord.
Our general purpose silicone can operate from low temperatures such as -60°C to high temperatures of+200°C. We can produce rubber silicone from 20° Shore A up to 80° Shore A in white, red, blue, black or translucent silicone with many other colours available on request. All grades of general purpose silicone are FDA compliant and USP class VI certified. We also offer UL94 V-0 standard flame retardant Heat Stabilised Silicone Rubber, High Temperature Silicone Rubber, High Tear Strength Silicones, Inflatable Grade Silicones, Low Smoke, Low Toxicity Silicones, VFR (2), VFR 203-803, Platinum Cured Silicone, Silicone Sponge, Metal detectable Silicone Rubber, Steam Resistant Silicones and Conductive Silicones, which are all produced in house in line with ISO9001 certification standards.

Q: My custom products have already been developed on CAD. Can you use the drawings?
A. Yes! DWG, DXF, IGES, Solidworks and Rhino files can all be used to generate quotes, models and mould tools - this can save time and money in producing your parts.
Q: Can I test my idea/product before committing to mould tool manufacture?
A. Yes, we can use CAD drawings to make models for design and functional evaluations.
Q: What type of plastic material is best for my design/product?
A. Materials selection depends on the application of your design and the environment in which it will function. We will be happy to discuss the alternatives and suggest the best material.
Q: How about sample?
A: free sample is available for your quality evaluation, but you should pay the freight. Regarding customize products, sample and mould order will go first before mass production.
