BRP is a leading converter of closed cell sponge rubber materials such as EPDM closed cell sponge rubber. We manufacture high-quality custom EPDM Closed Cell Sponge gaskets, seals, and other products for a variety applications and industries to companies around the world.
Closed cell sponge rubber is great for high-pressure applications where superior compression strength is needed. EPDM closed cell rubber sponge has high compressive strength, and rebound strength, making it a durable material that can handle high pressure applications.
EPDM rubber is a very popular type of synthetic elastomer that is great for use in outdoor conditions. It has a superior level of resistance against common hazards such as UV rays and ozone. As a result, closed cell EPDM sponge rubber is excellent for any application that requires outdoor usage. The EPDM compound in this sponge rubber allows it to remain exposed to the elements for extended periods of time. This is the primary reason why EPDM material is a popular elastomer to use in applications such as window sealing on vehicles and homes.
EPDM closed cell sponge rubber has a temperature range of -90°F - 275°F, and a durometer rating of 40-60. Due to this material's closed cell structure, it has good moisture resistance, and it won't soak up liquids such as rain or humidity. EPDM closed cell sponge rubber materials are ideal for converting into gaskets and seals. All closed cell sponge rubber materials can be supplied with a pressure sensitive adhesive.

Q: My custom products have already been developed on CAD. Can you use the drawings?
A. Yes! DWG, DXF, IGES, Solidworks and Rhino files can all be used to generate quotes, models and mould tools - this can save time and money in producing your parts.
Q: Can I test my idea/product before committing to mould tool manufacture?
A. Yes, we can use CAD drawings to make models for design and functional evaluations.
Q: What type of plastic material is best for my design/product?
A. Materials selection depends on the application of your design and the environment in which it will function. We will be happy to discuss the alternatives and suggest the best material.
Q: How about sample?
A: free sample is available for your quality evaluation, but you should pay the freight. Regarding customize products, sample and mould order will go first before mass production.
