Rubber track shoe is composed of rubber body, steel pipe, inclined end clamp and L-shaped end clamp. The long strip rubber body is wrapped outside the steel pipe crossing the rubber body. The upper part of one end of the rubber body is inclined and the upper part of the other end is L-shaped. The inclined end clamp is bolted outside the steel pipe at the inclined end of the rubber body. The L-shaped end clamp is directly connected with the steel pipe through welding Outside.

Rubber track shoes are mostly suitable for small light industry and small construction machinery industry.
The selection of working environment is roughly as follows:
(1) the service temperature of rubber track is generally between - 25 ~ + 55 'C.
(2) the salt of chemicals, engine oil and sea water will accelerate the aging of the track, and the track shoes shall be washed after use in such an environment
(3) the edge stone, rutting or uneven road surface of the road will cause cracks in the grounding side pattern of the track edge, which can be used continuously when the cracks do not damage the internal steel pipe and iron parts.
